This light is ideal for illuminating areas inside Tuffy boxes. The four LED lamps provide intense light to find items inside enclosed dark areas. The unique automatic on/off capability eliminates accidentally running the battery down or burning out the bulb when the light is accidently left on. When the light switch is turned on the smart sensor detects when the lid is opened and automatically turns on the light. Alternatively, when the lid is then closed the same smart sensor shuts the light off preventing unwanted battery rundown and bulb ware. It is powdered by (3) AAA batteries (not included) and is easily installed without wiring. There is also a manual switch to turn the light off when the lid will be left open and the light is not necessary. The low profile heavy duty steel case provides durability and longevity.

Any Tuffy products with sufficient space on the underside of the lid. Fasten the light to the underside of the lid using the included high strength double sided adhesive tape or there are holes pre-drilled for mounting hardware (not included).
